This document outlines the data or personal information collected by ICCT or affiliated services and its use. The ICCT does not share personal data with any third parties other than those specified below unless required by law to do so.
If you wish to receive periodic updates by email from the ICCT, you must provide your contact information via our sign-up page. This is a double opt-in process; after subscribing to our list, you will receive a confirmation email that you must also respond to in order to be added to the list. We use an outside vendor, MailChimp, to send email updates and store our mailing list. MailChimp collects information on undelivered emails (so that defunct addresses can be removed from the list), location, opens, and clicks. MailChimp may also transfer this personal data to certain sub-processors who perform critical services, such as abuse and fraud prevention and customer support. At any time you can unsubscribe from the list by clicking the link located at the bottom of every email newsletter. For further information on MailChimp’s privacy practices, please visit their website.
You can use the contact form on our website to send us an inquiry. In order for us to be able to respond, you will need to provide your name and e-mail address. You may voluntarily provide us with additional personal data. The information you provide will be forwarded to the appropriate staff person to answer your query. Your information will not be used or shared for any other purpose.
When you visit pages on our website, data is collected and exchanged. This is technically essential to the purpose of delivering and presenting web content, and the information does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about an individual. Our server automatically recognizes your domain name, public IP address, and other basic information (such as browser type, geographic location, internet service provider, operating system, date and time) in order to send you content in the appropriate form, and for security reasons.

You may also prevent the collection of data related to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google, by using a browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Analytics tracking across devices, you must opt-out on all systems you use.
